KARIME TEDY PERALTA is a Foreign Trade and Customs specialist with more than 21 years of experience both in the automotive industry and in the consulting area.

For 8 years she developed and gained experience in the Customs operational area of the automotive sector serving 4 years as Supervisor of Customs Operations in the traffic area in REFA MEXICANA (now BENTELER) and later 4 years as Coordinator of Foreign Trade and Purchasing in GONVAUTO PUEBLA.

Since 2013 she has been teaching at the Universidad Iberoamericana Campus Puebla teaching subjects in the International Trade and Business Administration program as well as giving specialized courses, lectures and consulting on the subject.

Currently Partner of EO CONSULTING, where she has been working for 14 years as a specialist in the area of Consulting, Foreign Trade Procedures, Promotion Programs and Foreign Trade Auditing.

She has a Bachelor's Degree in International Trade and several diplomas.

Norma collaborates in our firm EO Consulting as Partner of the Foreign Trade Legal Area, with more than 20 years of experience specializing mainly in the Automotive Industry, and the Textile Industry.

She has participated in different projects in the legal area of foreign trade such as:

• Analyst and advisor in diagnostics and integral reviews of foreign trade.
• Development of strategic plans in foreign trade operations to optimize resources such as tax payments.
• Implementation of strategies to manage foreign trade departments.
• Administration of promotion programs: IMMEX, PROSEC and the administration and control of its corresponding Annex 24.
• Advisor in VAT-IEPS certifications and its Annex 31.

Before joining EO Consulting, Norma collaborated with EY for over 10 years, reaching the category of Senior Manager in the Legal and Foreign Trade Area; she also served as Director of Foreign Trade in a leading national company in the Textile and Apparel industry.

She has a degree in International Relations and a law degree from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla.

Partner of the Foreign Trade and Customs area of EO Consulting with more than 20 years of experience. He worked for more than 17 years jointly in two BIG4 firms (PwC & EY), becoming lead partner in AEO & CTPAT at EY.

Antonio has advised multiple groups of world class companies in tax and customs compliance, mainly in the planning and implementation of strategies to optimize supply chain security and cash flows.

He has led projects of AEO & CTPAT Certification, IMMEX and PROSEC Programs; VAT & IEPS Certification; Transfer Pricing Adjustments, Undervaluation and Royalties in customs; as well as related to the Free Trade Agreements signed by Mexico.

With its support, more than 100 companies have achieved both certification and renewal and/or extension processes in the AEO & CTPAT Programs. Additionally, it has validated close to 200 facilities derived from the companies' business models: production plants, warehouses, 3PL's, yards, among others.

He leads a practice of specialized consultants who hold certifications in ISO Standards: 31000, 31010, 28000 and 37001; as well as several specialization courses in CTPAT & AEO.

He holds a degree in Foreign Trade and Customs from the Universidad Iberoamericana.

He collaborates in our firm EO Consulting, as Partner of the Foreign Trade Area, with more than 22 years of experience specializing mainly in the Automotive Industry, as well as in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Assembly Plants and Fiscal Precincts.

He has participated in different projects such as reconciliations of Foreign Trade operations, import and export administration, customs compliance planning, review of the Foreign Trade process, development of customs procedure manuals, development of technological solutions for Foreign Trade, as well as various consultations and advice on the subject to Transnational Companies. He has been a speaker at various forums organised by different organisations related to Foreign Trade.

In 2017, he founded the company CEDIMEX, of which he is CEO, the company specializes in providing integrated solutions for marketing, import / export, warehousing and distribution of goods to customers both abroad and within Mexico.

Prior to joining EO Consulting, Adolfo worked at PwC for more than 15 years, reaching the position of Director of Foreign Trade.

He holds a degree in Foreign Trade and Customs from the Universidad Iberoamericana. He was winner of the Export Merit Award granted by COMCE. He has international experience, living in Washington D.C. where he participated in a leadership programme within the NAFTA region. He is a graduate of ITESM's Masters in Management and was a Professor at ITESM's School of International Business and Innovation.
